All Sales Are Final

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Exceptions

While our policy is strict, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. The following exceptions apply:

  • Defective or Damaged Products

    • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

    • Upon verification, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Incorrect Items

    • If you receive an item that does not match your order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.

Important Notes

  • Single Cards: All single cards are sold as-is and described to the best of our ability, including condition. We cannot guarantee specific grades, and returns for condition disputes are not accepted.

  • Shipping Errors or Lost Packages: If your order is lost or significantly delayed during shipping, please reach out so we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
